...go straight to the registration desk at Neuadd Lewis Jones which is building 20 on the campus map. There you will receive your room keys, a registration pack, and if necessary pay the registration fee, either in pounds sterling or with a cheque drawn on a UK bank.
Car parking: those arriving by car can pick up a permit from the porters on the main gate. You will be allowed to drive up to Lewis Jones to drop off luggage but then you MUST leave your car in the Visitor's Car Park which is immediately to the right on entry through the main gate. Please make sure the permit is displayed inside the car windscreen.
If you arrive late and there is no-one at the desk at Lewis Jones, please go to the front desk of the main university building Fulton House (17) where the porters will be able to help you get your room keys.
The conference will take place in the SRIF Lecture Room of the Engineering Department in Talbot Building (8.3), although for security reasons we are asked to approach the room through the Faraday Building (8.1), whose main entrance is opposite the Taliesin Arts Centre about 50 metres east of Fulton House. Once inside the Faraday Building you should find a clearly signposted route.
