Changes to files for Six gluon scattering amplitude

Jan 9th 09. Minor changes to the integral definitions so they worked
with Mathematic 6. Some of the Dilogarithms have an explicit Re[s]
inserted in the definitions.
Some relabeling of variables to make more consistent with the
text.
