40th British Universities Summer School in Theoretical Elementary Particle Physics

BUSSTEPP is supported by STFC and is designed for students at the end of their first year of study towards a Ph.D in theoretical particle physics. All such students in the UK are strongly encouraged to attend. The school will give an overview of recent research through pedagogical lecture courses and daily tutorials in small groups.

Young PhD students from outside the UK are also warmly invited to apply. The school is free to all 1st year PhD students studying in the UK who are STFC-funded or self-supporting. For other students the fee for the school will be GBP 715, covering 13 nights accommodation and meals.
